TGI Fridays Launches New Grilled & Sauced Menu

Here’s how the new Grilled & Sauced menu works:

1. Pick a Protein: Seasoned to pair well with any rub or sauce, fans can choose from a selection of six top-tier proteins – including 6-oz Sustainably-Raised Salmon, a half or whole rack of Slow-Cooked Ribs, two 5-oz Grilled Chicken Breasts, 8-oz Flat Iron Steak, 6oz Center Cut Sirloin or 12-oz New York Strip – each cooked with fire on an open-air char-broiler grill.

2. Select a Sauce: To turn the flavor up a notch, fans can select any sauce or rub, including fan-favorite Fridays sauces as well as four all-new sauces, including:

  • New Spiked Orange Glaze made with Hennessy: Infused with Hennessy V.S Cognac, this sauce has notes of orange and garlic to make for a sweet and sticky sauce
  • New Al Pastor: Smoky chipotle pepper flavor is garnished with pineapple and cilantro to bring a burst of freshness to this sauce
  • New Korean Red Chile: This bold and spicy sauce is layered with garlic and citrus flavor, and garnished with sesame seeds, crushed chili flakes and parsley
